About Me - Matt Helmick

I grew up in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and moved to Wichita to attend Wichita State University. I graduated from WSU in 2014 with a degree in Entrepreneurship. I was a member of the Varsity bowling team at WSU, and I met my wife, Kelsey, through the bowling program. We have two kids, Aspen and Ryden.

The entrepreneurial fire has been burning in me since well before I got to college. I really enjoy working with like-minded people and companies. Building and growing HML is absolutely thrilling to me, and I would love to bring my passion to your business.

I'm a hardcore outdoorsman in my spare time, and I take my kids outside as often as I can. I hunt, fish, hike, and explore every week. While I have fallen in love with Kansas, my happy place is the mountains, specifically the mountains of Northwest Wyoming.
